The Lawn and Landscape Division provides a variety of services. First Management Inc. takes pride in their employees’ creativity and craftsmanship. With talented staff and state of the art equipment, the Lawn and Landscape Division is recognized as a leader throughout the Midwest. The Lawn and Landscape Division not only assists with construction projects, but also maintains the landscaping for the Property Management Division and provides services to third parties. The Lawn and Landscape Division is comprised of mowing crews, landscapers, chemical applicators, equipment operators and a recently added excavating crew.
